DGPS Logs 1-2 Jan 2019

I looked at the results just before 1100z and saw how dismal they were. I looked at the SdrDx waterfall, and saw lots of DGPS signals, more than I was decoding. Hmm... I stopped and restarted SdrDx. Wow, the decode rate shot up to where it should be. Not sure what was wrong, as some of the stations were obviously being decoded, but not all of them. Also, the waterfall changed in appearance...
