12030 KHZ 27 Jan 18 @ 18:04 in Spanish.   2 male announcers , sounded like a soccer game broadcast.    Simulcast on 11940 KHZ . Moderate to heavy atmos static on both.

Indeed it was the La Liga match between Bilbao Athletic and Real Betis, would have been 1-nil when you tuned in.  Give a try on 9690, that's my frequency for best reception now.
