13710 khz @ 1511 utc (0911 cst local) 20 Feb 2019 in Arabic.   Muslim music followed by O/M with prayers and religious sermion.  Solid, steady reception.  Any QRN disappeared by 15:27.   More vocal music chants at 15:30.
