4885 KHZ @ 0439 UTC 25 Feb 2019 (10:39 CST Local 24 Feb 19) in Portuguese.   No music , just an O/M and Y/L in discussion.   Different O/M and Y/L  at 04:45.   Signal much steadier than usual.
