6105 khz @ 0325 utc 27 Feb 19 (21:25 cst local 26 feb 19]  in Japanese. Music to 0326 then male narrative Strong but very unsteady signal.  QRN surprisingly  non-existent.   Y/L joined conversation @ 03:34.
