1626 instrum. music, 1628 blank ...  1630 instrum. music, etc.. Maybe a Dutch station warming up ?
Instrum.R&R, 1639 off

on 6295.00    (no offset, and weaker signal)
1642 blank, 1644 weak audio, fading up, brass music, 1646
1647 M and W talking, sounds like IDs in different languages

after 1650, stronger signal (see JT tent.)
