15:22 UTC (10:22 CDT Local) 24 April 19 in English.   Snagged this  "World Today" broadcast on 11880 khz but this is normally scheduled for 11885.   Got a strong signal on the FRG but terrible on the 750 with the same antenna.

15:28  Russian energy exports

Drifted to 11882 khz at 15:32.  Locked back in to 11880 @ 15:54
