Who can use TDOA on the kiwi SDRs to locate it?

Tried to use imgur for the first time, but something was wrong :

Alex in Ukraine identified that signal type from the waterfall screenshot  I sent to him.
That signal was in a Russian military system called CIS12, with a pack of 12 narrow data channels.
Not the same as the Stanag system, but when tuning across, it gives almost the same impression.

No idea about where it came from (Russia, Crimea, Syria...). Maybe another time if TDOA is used while the transmission lasts.
