0030 UTC.

Centered about 6950/6951

Seems to be a Halloween program... deep fading.

Thriller @ 0039 UTC.

Averaging S-5 here, peaking S-7.

Not sure if I'm hearing the same station, this is dead on 6950.

Halloween themed music and skits.  "I Wanna Be Peter Lorre" at 0100z.  "The Cockroach that Ate Cincinnati" at 0107.

"Whiskey Bravo Oscar Gulf" ID over "Frankenstein" at 0112.

S9+ signal.  Thanks!
