then ID as Radio Alfa? Lima, @hotmail, then Brasilian tune with singer in G "Arbeit no, arbeit si" ?
then long instrum. 1857 ... Labor Day... mail (=.?), weak, 1858 "Wind of change"
1903 harangue, 1905 Radio ... @hotmail.com, 1906 demonstration? , etc...
(Must be some Radio Arbeitfeiertag ?, better with samba girls on the QSL card...)
1926 IDs in G and E, by M and by synthe W voice, lost under the atmos, then rap or hip-hop
1946 "Wind of change" again, and off

IDs hard to make out:  "Radio May......hotmail.com"   mentions of Labor Day and special May 1st QSL
