3210KHz Unique Radio, Australia
« on: June 22, 2019, 1155 UTC »
Just came across this one playing Sentana from the Europa Album, in the USB mode too.

Some scratching about the net shows it to be "Unique Radio, Sounds of Your Life" on 3210KHz USB.

Australian male giving details about the "guest band".  I haven't heard this one before so quite a surprise. At 1140z the station was 5X9 peaking 20dB over with sharp fades.

Don't know if this is a pirate or legal broadcaster. They also have a 5MHz frequency of 5.045MHz. ;)

Found the web site, they are broadcasting from Gunnedah, a country town in NSW, Australia. They invite emailed reception reports and comment.

Check them out: https://www.uniqueradio.biz

The email address they give looks familiar too, think the now defunct Ozy Radio used the same. (dxer1234@gmail.com)
