some SSB voice and OHR at times, 1715
1722 fading up, talking, ...welkom ... radio station ..., music
1743 hard to hear

Weak. Jazz music, man talking and more 90's type music. Unable to get ID over the noise.

Sounds legal. Male and female voices, ads or promos.

Sudden off at 1822 in the middle of an announcement.
