Radio Tesla 6100/6095 AM 1600 UTC 5 July 2019

This is reported to be Radio Tesla on 6100 -- interestingly, using SW UK SDR it is a good level, but using Norway SDR it is mixing with presumed Radio Afghanistan on same frequency.
After I reported this to the operator he switched to 6095.   Operator was acknowledging reports on chat....

1641 trace, some music barely at noise level, 1646 bit better, talking, but seems in Sp, (Cuba ?)
