Maybe it has to do with the G2 conditions?

They are currently a good 55445 with S-10+ now (3 Sep 2019 GMT 0021) on 6030 kHz here.

G2 (MODERATE) GEOMAGNETIC STORM CONDITIONS OBSERVED

G2 (Moderate) geomagnetic storm conditions were observed at 31/1420 UTC and 01/1459 UTC due to coronal hole high speed stream activity.

I'd be lying if I said I knew what that last line meant.   Never heard the phrase before in  my life but it sounds pretty cool.

It has something to do with Al's sidepiece, Courtney Love.
