 11635.00 at 2144 UTC 9/25/20

Spanish language numbers station
Irregular number groups. Often 5s. Tones in between like a a Casio bassoon

Just got an RSP1A and threw a bail of wire out the the third story window in Baltimore, MD.

CountyComm GP-5/SSB hand held, Tecsun PL-380 ,et al.  QTH: FONTANA, WI  USA.  Sea Level: + 990' .  75 miles (but not far enough) NW of Chicago
