on 5817  very unstable (Sync AM useful !)  also bad ut. noise on L-side
(the waterfall on the twente SDR moves like a snake! )
1830 oriental? music, 1832 couple of words, jazzy music,
1838 next, some oriental soul music ?, 1840

1847 now on 5818 approx, same modern oriental music (raï ?)
the stanag QRM on 5813-5816 is fading down a bit
1850 straight arabic music

VOT has been reported in recent weeks on highly drifting frequencies....
Could this be VOice of Turkey again on one of their strange frequencies??

1950 I'm getting this on 5823 (ish) now.  In fact it's drifting so quickly on the SDR it's upto 5823.7 and climbing faster than I can type.
