I have reliable info that this blank carrier was from Radio Parade International from the UK, who is planning a broadcast at around local sunset on the US east coast.  The time and frequency corresponds exactly.

Radio Parade International has been testing the 41 meter band this morning, and was able to be received trans-atlantic in New Hampshire during DAYTIME propagation path... so there still seems to be a better than usual chance of good propagation from Europe tonight.  Radio Parade will try a trans-Atlantic broadcast around 6925 khz or any free frequency in the 43 meter band available within the next half hour or so.  Feel free to spread the message.  Successful reception reports will be rewarded with an eQSL

Thanks for the information Ether Hacker! There is a US station on 6925 USB at the moment, so I would suggest another frequency! 6950 is open!
Update......Carrier and music now at 2134 UTC!

2143 Weak carrier

I think it might be worth trying an hour before local sunset.... because the initial carrier test seemed to still have been strong enough... we shall see
