Charleston Radio Int. 5140 AM 1915 utc 10 Dec 2019
« on: December 10, 2019, 1921 UTC »
on 5140.0
(at 1821 nothing on 5140 or around)
1915 fair-good, retro songs, ID, 1920 'Hollywood' again, fading down to weak, music, 1923
1931 music, 'Hollywod', M singer "Signorita" or "Señorita", 1936 ID by W, tango singer
The audio (for music) is always well processed, surely that's easier with old records than with so-called 'FM music'.
1943 ID, Hollywood with many names of actresses, soon to be "Hush Hush" ?

SINPO 55434 on SDR in Austria at 1925 UTC. Fading is fairly rapid but the signal is so strong that it doesn't matter much. This would be a good situation for a synchronous detector.
Just somebody with a radio, a computer and a pair of headphones...
