13685 KHZ @ 1856 UTC 11 Dec 19 in Arabic.    Muslim chant music to 18: 59 then YM with  narrative,  Chant music resumed at 19:07.  First time I caught this transmit site.   Weak signal with some strength spikes after 19: 04 on the FRG 7700.   Icom R75 was, as usual, deaf to this weak a signal.
