REE off air?

For the past two days I have not been able to receive REE, highly unusual.  All four frequencies (9690, 11940, 11635, and 12030) are silent here.  Though, 12030 almost sounded as if there might have been a cw transmission at times.  I checked the web page but couldn't find any information relating to planned/unplanned maintenance.  The broadcast can be heard on their website.  Anyone hear anything about the radio silence?

It's been a while since I copied 9690 last, but 12030 has been solid this morning since at least 1600z.
