Second, I have found staff at Rádio Nacional da Amazônia among the most reliable to QSL a reception report.  I use this email address: centraldoouvinte@ebc.com.br

6180 KHZ  @ 02:16 UTC. Pretty strong signal tonite in SE Wisconsin but lotsa QRN.
Typical Brazillian music .   YM announcer in Portugese.
