Radio Slovakia International Competition Prize
« on: January 02, 2020, 1639 UTC »

Didn't know if this belonged here but did not know where else to place it.  I guess I was drawn as the last competition winner for 2019 for RSI.  My prize (for which I had to sign to sign to receive) included a couple of RSI stickers, 3 Slovak travel guides, and an exquisite hand painted watercolor of Bratislava in a hand made wooden frame.  It will be hung in my home.

You are correct, sir  ;D!  This may be my favorite prize from a radio contest throughout the decades.  I had always wanted to win the trip to Romania or a high end radio some broadcasters had offered.  I responded back with a thank you and inquiry on the the name of the painter.  I cannot decipher the handwriting.
