Hearing what sounds like a African American preacher. Any guesses what station this might be? I compared against streams for the few stations allocated on 1630, and could not find a match.

KCJJ has been strong in here all day... currently hearing them on a portable in the basement.
So, not hearing your preacher here.  There is a Gospel station on 1630, KKGM in TX.
However their programming during the time that you posted is supposed to be music.
AFAIK, the only other U.S. AM on 1630 is KRND in WY with a Mex format.  WRDW in GA supposedly
went silent last year.
