9865 KHZ @ 16:11 UTC 18 Jan 20 in Hindi,   Hindu chant music with OM comments between.  Weak but very steady signal. Some QRM  @ 16:17

TX:  Aligarh ( 72 miles SE of New Delhi) . Not the Bengaluri Short-Wave.info shows.
