11625 KHZ @ 1715 UTC 4 FEB 2O with male narrative in French. Dreadful signal S1-S3 with heavy QRN out of Santa Maria di Galeria.

Music @ 17:26 . QRT 1 minute later.

17:30 . UTC Back on again using the Talata-Volondary transmit site out if Madagascar with a considerably better (but not good) signal.
