Same station jFarley reported earlier in the Spy Numbers board. OM starting with Uniform Lima Xray, and into three letter groups.  Pretty weak.

I know Jack about numbers and spies.  Heard OM EE 3 letter groups, beginning w/ preamble ULX (4 times) and ending with the same.
On 2212 - 2215z.  Repeated 2223 - 2227z, 2247 - 2250z.

If it's okay with the NSA, your QSL very much appreciated.

ULX was one of the IDs that the MOSSAD (E10) spy station from Israel used. I assume that is why the op used it in this case. E10 has been gone for a while now.

Also caught this on the recorder with the R8...

Everything that I heard matches what Ragnar reported around 1400 on FRN, but the "?" are fadeouts here.

This is for the first broadcast:

LXU LXU LXU LXU NRS GJK VYM IIC OQT TXZ AEG QPN PCD YZF EIO UVK JJR VVT AVZ ??U LGC ?SP ART QQG DHS UMH S?E MJC ULX ULX ULX ULX

This was on at 2224:

LXU LXU LXU LXU NRS GJK VYM IIC OQT TXZ AEG QPN PCD YZF EIO UVK JJR VVT AVZ MKU LGC XSP ART QQG DHS UMH SXE MJC ULX ULX ULX ULX

On again around 2248 with same message:

LXU LXU LXU LXU NRS GJK VYM IIC OQT TXZ AEG QPN PCD YZF EIO UVK JJR VVT AVZ MKU LGC XSP ART QQG DHS UMH SXE MJC ULX ULX ULX ULX

It is a human announcer not at computer voice, but it's a prerecorded message. Also, interesting that between "OPN & PCD," he pronounced it "Pa-Pa" in "OPN," but "Papa" in "PCD"

Good sig & I have recordings if the op is interested

Please QSL...
