They're playing what sounds like big bang type music.  Signal is fair to good at times, with some fading and noise. The music is much easier to understand then the speech

I've got them here near Seattle as of 0230 UTC against a noisy floor. They were on this frequency last night, too, instead of the station's alternate 11780 kHz.

When they're on 11780, they can be as almost quiet clear and strong as a local standard broadcast AM station for me

Weak but steady  signal on 6180 khz @ 0247 UTC 18 March 20.   Usual tropical QRN but overall not bad.  Very enjoyable mixture of Brazilian instrumental / female vocal songs. OM/YL announcers.  Nice to hear them up here in WI. without the usual atmospherics obstacles.

ID  & QRT @ 0300 UTC .  (Which is strange as other SWL sources say QRT should be 0400, 0500 or 0305)
