SDR recording catch

2348 Carrier came on, extremely weak
0038 Signal came up a bit, tone heard?
0043 Tone again
0045 Music, still fairly weak but a little stronger.
0048 Zappa "Chunga's Revenge", peak to SIO 444 for a few minutes
0126 ID, but not possible to decipher it.
0129 Off

I ran this through Audacity and I'm fairly certain the ID is "This is Jamba Radio International.....for your listening pleasure". Reversed first and middle word on the ID, so there is a chance the ID is "Jungle Radio International"
How about Chunga Radio International? From the playlist it certainly fits!  8)
