Radio Mali 5995 AM 0635 UTC 20 April 2020
« on: April 20, 2020, 0657 UTC »
I tuned to 5995 kHz before heading to sleep and found Radio Mali as strong as I ever have with a woman talking in very readable French. That lasted for a few minutes before the noise level crept up and the signal faded somewhat. By 0654 UTC, it was barely audible.

According to a Google search, the noise really hit about 30 minutes after local sunrise in Bamako, Mali. No interference from Radio Habana Cuba on 6000 kHz; it's been relatively weak on that frequency for weeks.
