2130 UTC  Weak Carrier and brief fade ups of music here....mostly in the noise and possibly of European origin?
Per email this is Radio Parade Int'l  :) OFF but may be back on later

2301 UTC Weak carrier back now, but no audio heard yet
2305 UTC Fragments of audio now, but intermittent
2306 UTC Better now....not sure what I'm hearing!
2311 UTC OM with ID "Radio Parade International"  :) , followed by "Prince Charming"-Adam & the Ants
(Signal is mostly at noise level with some very nice but short fadeups)
2320 UTC Brief fadeup with "Shaddap You Face"-Joe Dolce
(I lost the carrier so faded out or OFF)
