Fair signal audible in USB via the Northern Utah SDR, even a trace of a signal heard directly here in USB.

0040 UTC: Sounds like it's from the "JCS" soundtrack.
0043 UTC: Just barely heard the ID, into another soundtrack song.

SDR recording catch from 0030 sign on, with a very good signal.

BTW, I had a very very weak carrier from someone or something, else, as early as 2135 UTC on 6965.215 vs 6965.020 for WJCS.
