SINPO=13121, tough to copy right now with QRN and some UTE.

111- Upbeat rock/pop song with "Radio" in lyrics. Sound effects?
112- Signal dipped under the noise unfortunately.

118- "Freaks Come Out At Night" by Whodini. <<Signal much stronger and clearer now>>
122- NWR ID by OM synthesized voice. The New World is coming, and it's absolutely necessary.
122- SSTV.
124- Lost signal or off.
