20 April 12

2207 Noted a carrier slewing around between 6925 and 6930 for a half minute or so.
2208 It settled close to 6925, and a brief "Testing 1...2...3...4" by OM then off.
Good signal here.

Noted here too on the waterfall, then OM on 6925 lsb "Hello" and "anyone joining us this evening?" or something like that, weakish here at 2208 UTC.
