0102 On with "Attention...Attention...Attention...Mike" and into some unid music, with a couple of breaks.
0110 "This is the Southwest Michigan (Dave? Dade?  Date?) Tribute Show", more music
0115 ID again, "...hope you gotta radio and a big f00kin antenna", more music
0119 ID

S5 on peaks, fading, mod QRN

Thanks!

4/23/12, 6925 USB, 0105z: Something about a tribute show, some mention of Pat Murphy and FRN comments, get a radio and big effin antenna, Depeche Mode "Everything Counts".

Very tough copy due to heavy static crashes.

Rather than try to interpret anything I'll just post my quick notes as I tried to copy the alpha phonetics I heard:

I recorded this too, so I'll attach the mp3 link later.

Reviewed the audio today, and can repost some details:

0102 Music I could not ID with a couple of breaks.
0110 "This is the Southwest Michigan Dave Memorial Show.  Southwest Michigan Dave's no longer with us.  He's best known by you
from...FRN comments.  He even got a mention in Andrew Yoder's book...And this is some of his favorite music."
0111 More unid mx
0115 "This is the Southwest Michigan Dave Tribute Show.  I know you were always complaining about your ... listening conditions, even
though you got a good radio.  I hope where you are now you got a big f00king radio and antenna."
0116 More music.
0119 "This is the Southwest Michigan Dave Tribute Show.  It's now (?)  ...  Bye.  See you (?).
s/off

Audio:    http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?gd5qlfmdyiy0gbo

I initially thought that the "attention...attention...attention...mike" was part of this broadcast, but in hindsight it's pretty clear that this was a bailed out start for the Phonetics Station heard next on the frequency.  I have yet to slug through the audio for the UNID music station which followed the Phonetics transmission.

Thanks for the show.
