After 6925 went off, noted a carrier on 6955.  YL tx ment "wilderness...return...land" and off abruptly.

Seemed to be back on, though weak, 0111 to 0115 in USB with YL (poss synth) seemingly talking about empowerment of the common man, and the demands they need to make of various organizations.

Also heard here, via SDR recording. S8 signal the first transmission, the second was a little weaker.
