The letter V being sent continuously at a relatively slow WPM rate. May not be a pirate at all, but who knows. Very strong signal here in Denver.
0355 Now just dits. This post probably belongs under another department. (Edit, every 4th dit is still just a tad longer than the other three, but I wouldn't call it a dah.)
