If interested in the song info, consider trying Shazam if you have an iOS or Android device. Place the device's mic near your speaker(s), and hopefully you will get the info. I have found it often works with even seriously compromised audio.

There are other apps that do similar, but I only have experience with Shazam, so YMMV.
