anybody know if this is a new WEFAX Frequency???

skimming around today and ran across this frequency doing wefax on 8414.8 @19:53utc...its not on the wefax schedule pdf file from weather.gov. I dont know if its an alternate frequency they r using cause of the hurricane in the gulf right now or not...its a new frequency to me anyway...thx

i did run across this file talking about the frequency so maybe this has something to do with it
