14300 USB @ 16:45 UTC with storm info on possibles in the Caribbean ("Greater Antilles, Bahama and Bermuda" ) and mention of gathering storms off the West coast of Africa  as well as "...Best wishes to Mississippi and Louisiana..."

Solid S5-7 initially but lost completely x 16:50
