Caught the tail end of RRI with their Western Europe broadcast on 7310 kHz S9 SINPO 45434.
Romanian music at 2253 and signoff/interval sig at 2255.  Only one rotation on the interval sig and then OTA.

Default RX location is Wisconsin using various wire antennas. Other RX will be noted.
