Thought this was a pirate relay of Brother Stair, but WBCQ ID hrd at 1700.
1658: Brother Stair with criticism of the Commander in Chief.
*Reception via remote SDR located in NE USA. Not heard on my Idaho SDR.

Interesting as 5442 am is not, nor has it ever been, a WBCQ frequency.  They list their frequencies on their webpage:
http://www.wbcq.com. The only former WBCQ frequencies I recall are 5110 and 7415.
