Weak to fair signal with some fading - not sure if this was actually a euro or a NA station trying to jump the pond as I was never able to catch an ID.  Looks like Radio Focus International was on this frequency, but around 07:00z time slot so probably someone else at this time?

04:20z Sounds like Brad Delp's voice from Boston, but can't positively ID song
04:25z new song with lower synth note
04:26z buried in the noise
