Fair/Poor reception from Issoudun - Rainfall near tropical storm intensity falling here and will do so until it turns to snow tomorrow morning 🤨.

1502 Bits and pieces of OM talking at peaks, sounds like African accented individual.  Short-wave.info ID's language as Swahili
1530 Same OM still talking, signal steadier with better reception
