SINPO=11331, hard to copy here.

348- Vocal audio of Joe Biden's voice under a lot of noise and interference. Sounds like audio clips of TV and/or radio coverage. Some SSTV too.
420- SSTV.
421- ID, I believe, repeating something, including mention of Joe Biden.
422- Instrumental music, with rapid beat.
434- Joe Biden talking again.

Much better via Maryland SDR....
SSTV ID as "WOBN" and others
Signal stronger in New Hampshire, but now stronger in Maryland

I tuned in to some clips, part of a song, into more clips. Weak signal and a lot of local noise on these lower freqs for me

Not audible out here near Seattle, but I can hear it via the Northern Utah SDR. The signal's up and down between just barely audible over the noise and fair ...

0439 UTC: SSTV
0440 UTC: Sounds like Biden talking, then sounds like clips from a debate or an interview
0443 UTC: More Biden-related clips

Now listening via Westminster, Maryland, SDR, where the signal's fair to good at times ...

0444 UTC: More clips of Biden talking, with a voice narrating (Tucker Carlson?) in between clips. Mostly highlighting his gaffes.
0446 UTC: Music over him talking now.

Can hear this via the Weiser, Idaho, SDR now with "Celebrate" song playing, then more Biden clips as of 0450 UTC. Still too much noise at my place to here it directly.

Just barely audible into my remote Perseus receiver in Masset, BC, off the NW coast of the Province and 100 km south of Ketchikan.  Antenna is not ideal for this one...a 500' Beverage aimed due north!  Thanks for the efforts!
