S3-S5 in Washington, D.C. suburbs. Moderate QRN made it tough copy, but still understandable.

Black Panther Radio ID, OM says "Now is time for the revolution for Kanye West, who is our President and who got robbed by the White mob." (Looping several times.) In the name of George Floyd, the revolution has started. "WBPR, Voice of the Black Revolution." F*ck Trump and F*ck Biden too. Sound clips of a rally/protest, and calls to take over the judicial system. OM says "white folks out there" over and over again, then some instrumental guitar music. We gotta start all over.

Gone at 1505.
