The Fox News Network talk radio relay, but the signal is much stronger than usual today. Sean Hannity is on now. It is a (nearly) real-time relay, not a recording, and obviously today's programming (Trump firing Esper was mentioned). It appears to be 3-4 minutes behind the commercial broadcast (i.e., the bottom of the hour news started at about 2033). UTE interference.

Signal is strong today. This station has been on since March 2020 with WPTI and FOX NEWS CHANNEL

That was my first thought when I heard it some time ago, too. But today I very clearly heard a station ID and frequency. WPTI is in upcountry North Carolina, 100K watts.
