Try FLDIGI. It does not quite support the number of modes of MultiPSK, but the GUI is a little cleaner.
Most transmissions inside the ham bands are going to be hams. Occasionally there are other signals of interest inside ham bands, but most of the time it is hams using one of the many, many, modes they have. A guide to US ham bands (and a good worst case world wide guide) here:
http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Hambands_color.pdfJust an FYI, digital signals almost always fall in the "utility" sub-group of short wave listening (utility can be thought of as basically everything in the SW range except SW Broadcast of things like music and news), and might get a better response if posted in the “Utility” forum rather than the Shortwave Broadcast. Since many of the people on that forum are also on this one, maybe it really does not matter
, but there is a forum for those kinds of signals. Also note that there is a separate “Spy Numbers” section, and a separate “HF Beacon” section, as they are special cases of what might be called Utility.
