   Maybe you are right, but the location is unlikely to be in any of the former eastern European     countries - there are strict restrictions and efficient radio surveillance services.
Maybe they are in Germany or Scandinavia?
     For a short time this station ceased to be the dominant station (at night) in the band and appeared overseas. Their signal at night has been unreadable in my QTH for several days.
 I thought they changed the antenna following the example of The Vault.
