hearing music down in the noise started around 3:14utc
id and off at 3:19
couldnt make it out
thanks whoever you are

eerie howling started at around 3:20 still going with someone talking in the background at 3:25
howling stopped at 3:29 now other strange noises

Very strong on the SDR recording, S9. Came on 0313 with "back in the day... everything was easier to use. I can't understand this new crap", talking about modern radios. Into some rap music? Complaining it wasn't blue grass music. Off at 0319z.
