9800 khz @ 14:27. in Arabic.   OM/YM conversation, sounded like an interview.  Unusual to snag IRIB over the usual VOA Korean broadcast to the Middle East out of Tinang.

TARGET: Middle East.  (no signal at all on the scheduled 7445 KHZ)
